Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Texas shipping addresses are subject to state sales tax. 

All orders are shipped in the order they are received

Orders ship weekly 

Please allow up to 14 days for your orders to ship, regardless of shipping speed, as some of our items are made to order

We primarily use USPS or UPS to ship our orders. FedEx is available under certain circumstances. You must contact hello@brandonmike.com for any special requests

The shipping rate is calculated by weight of the product, dimensions and the delivery address

You will be sent a tracking number when your shipping label prints, please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Brandon Mike will not be responsible for any items lost during shipping

If for some reason the product is received in a damaged condition you have 5 business days upon receipt to contact Brandon Mike via hello@brandonmike for return shipping and exchange. 

All returns packages should be insured. There will be no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier

We do not reimburse shipping costs

Your account will be refunded within 3–10 days of receipt of your item
